UNP is not liable for any damage that may occur on and in the vehicle as a result of a performance upgrade. UNP is also not liable for damages during a test drive and on test benches. Each customer exempts the company UNP from all claims in this regard. The buyer is aware that a performance tuning means an additional load for the engine and the vehicle. Therefore, a regular service interval (oil/spark plugs/petrol filter/air filter) and a regular inspection of the technical components, which contribute to the mixture formation and ignition, before and after the tuning is presupposed. Further claims of the customer, on the control unit or on the engine or other vehicle aggregates and parts as well as damages, which do not concern the delivery item or service content (in particular consequential harm caused by a defect, be it of material or immaterial nature), are - as far as legally permissible - excluded. Liability for damages which only occur due to the higher engine load are also excluded. Services provided to tradesmen are excluded from any warranty claims.
